Simply enter your details into the form on our Facebook page (click here to enter) to be in with a chance to win. Each entrant is given one entry into the competition, plus a bonus entry for every referred entrant. Here’s the details:

1. Introduction:

The Competition (the Contest) is being run by Aotearoa Insurance Ltd (The Sponsor) with integration and administration support provided by Purple Dog Design (PDD). Enquiries in relation to this Contest should be made by email or phone via website: http://www.aotearoainsurance.co.nz

2. Entry Period:

The Contest will begin on May 7th 2014  at midday and end on 16th July 2014 at midday (the Contest Period).

3. Entry Criteria:

The Contest is open to any Facebook user who:

a) submits a valid entry during the Contest Period;

b) is located in and resident / citizen of New Zealand

c) is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

4. Qualifying Entries:

a) One entry is awarded per user.

b) Users may promote this competition on their own and / or others’ Facebook Timeline (and outside of Facebook on their own website, Twitter etc (if they so wish) and will be awarded one additional bonus entry for each Facebook friend that clicks the shared link and subsequently enters.

5. Prize:

a) The prize for the Contest is One Apple iPad Mini (the Prize).

b) The Prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged, returned or redeemed for cash.

c) The exact colour of the prize is to be determined by The Sponsor and is subject to availability.

6. Selection & notification of Winner:

a) At the end of the Contest, a computer generated random draw will select a single winner from all valid entries.

b) The winner will be notified through a posting on the Aotearoa Facebook Timeline / Wall and via an email sent to the winner’s supplied email address.

c) The winner must make contact with The Sponsor within 7 days and provide their postal delivery address – the prize will then be dispatched in the manner as best determined by The Sponsor.

d) If there is no response from the announced winner within 7 days, The Sponsor may, at its discretion, repeat the draw and notification process until a response is received in the specified time frame.

7. Privacy:

Your privacy is important to us.

a) By entering, you consent to your name being used for promotional purposes (winning announcement) in relation to the Contest (i.e. a public announcement and use of your name on our Facebook page and / or website).

8. General

a) By entering the Contest you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Contest and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by New Zealand law.

b) The Sponsor / PDD may vary these Terms and Conditions and may terminate, suspend, modify or cancel the Contest, or the Prize – at any time without notice and without liability to any user or third party.

c) To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that The Sponsor / PDD will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, however caused, arising out of your participation (or non-participation) in the Contest or for any error, omission, fault or inaccuracy contained therein.
